What resilience really means and how it applies to your life

Resilience is the process and outcome of successfully adapting to difficult or challenging life experiences, especially thorough mental, emotional , and behavrioral flexibility and adjustment to external and internal demands.  Yes this Is you me and everyone else.  Our life experiences may be different but we have a story to tell, although it’s not for everyones ears.  Healing is a part of understanding how you got to where you are now.  Pat yourself on the back and think about the struggles but identify the lesson and pull out the good, it may not seem like it was good because it probably was not.  However, you got something good out of it. We know it didn’t feel like it, but even if it was just to understand why you won’t don’t something or how to be a better person based on the examples we are given without choice.
