Hot flashes can be associated with Menopause, However they can be caused by many things.  Since I'm not a MD I can only recommend you speak with your Doctor.  Despite that bite of information I just shared, I'm going to talk about my very special circumstances surrounding my HOT Flashes…………..

 My Hot-Flashes are the type that makes a sister question God. Like what did I do to deserve this?   No way hell feels like this.  I not only have hot flashes, I have super hot flashes -AKA- all day and all night(more than 20 daily).    One beautiful Summer day July 2021, I Just knew I was the ish. Male babies in strollers to elderly men in wheelchairs and everything in between where smiling , saying hi, waving and giving out compliments.  My ego was on infinity only to take a picture and realize I was sweating like a dog and my skin was shining like a piece of my Grandma down south's fried chicken right out of the grease. That's just one of my many hot flash stories.

Sidebar: I’ve tried a ton of Home Remedies and what I have found works most for me is the Magic of Water….that’s my chicken to my hot grease.
