Getting a fresh start daily

Everyday we wake up we are given an opportunity for a fresh start.  Often we are stuck in or on one thing.  So I ask my self daily what can I do to make a difference in my life today.  What are some of the things that I need to do to accomplish my goals.  I struggle with my weight and love for sweets therefore I make a conscious effort to exercise.  I try to do atleast one 15 minute work out with walk away the pounds daily,  its the easiest thing to do for me. As a 56 year old women I struggle in many areas but I have learned not to question God, not to ask why me but to do the things that make me happy.  If reading all day is the best I can do that's what I do.  I walk in my truth and my truth alone, and understand Anxiety, Post traumatic Stress disorder and depression is real , no matter how it came about.   I have learned not to question the behaviorsof others but to focus on me.  I work on me and ways to keep a healthy relationship with my man physically and mentally.   Given the blessings to survive lifes trails and tribulations im I thankful to be able to have a fresh start daily and do the things that make me happy.  My biggest struggle is learning how to navigate the computer systems that will assist with the growth of my blog, but no worries i’ll get it sooner than latter.   Yes I enjoy putting together my outfits of the day that I show case on IG daily, although I raley leave my home.   If people only knew that I may look fancy but the most expensive thing I usually have on are my accessories, some new and some from my Grandmother.   Understand this Im living my life for me and me alone ( can’t leave out my Sweet girl Ava-Renee). I dont have any issues with sharing information,  assisting others or asking for help.  Most of all I appreciate all that Love on me and believe me nothing that is done for me is going unnoticed.  The likes, comments and shares.  When im checked on a certain statement or topic respectfully, I have no issues.  Like always when im sharing  a blog its based on my experiences from my point of view.  If making a comment please make sure you put it in the correct section otherwise it will be removed.  All comment are necessary and makes life more interesting.  Thanks for taking the time out to read my blog.  Can you share some of the things that you do for yourself to help you navigate this life we are blessed to be living.
