Post Menopause and Sexual Relationships

When I think of menopause, I guess no sex, no desire, hot flashes and the list of negative thoughts continues.   Let me tell you, Yes I have hot flashes to the point that I'm about to be single.  My house is a freezer with a fireplace going.  My sexual desire is on 10 and I can clearly understand why Suga Mammas exist.  Accepting the aging process is accepting the changes our bodies go through.  As per @menopause.org Regular sexual activity is important for vaginal health after menopause, because it stimulates blood flow, helps keep your vaginal muscles toned, and maintains your vagina’s length and strechiness. After menopause, libido declines, and changes in our bodies can make it hard to get aroused, painful to have intercourse, and impossible to climax.  Mental stimulation is key for me, I read books on top of books, listen to music, and I’m present in my relationship.  Communication is key, sometimes hard conversations take place but the bottom line is finding a respectful medium and enjoying yourself.  That means doing the things that make you happy.

What are some of the ways that you are living after 50 “ having a partner, dating, movie night, porn night, games, erotica, porno, books, youtube, only fans”  Drop a line and leave a comment in the hope to help someone.
