The makings of a miserable person

Reasons for never finding the good in anything or anyone makes you a miserable person, this happens when you can't live in your truth.  I’m never going to pretend like I have not lived, done thing that won't make me look good.  I’ve not alway been the best friend, I've talked about people and yes, I've had my share of fun (what ever that means to me) stuff.  I have no regrets just experiences, some my Grandma would smile about and others Lucille Pittman would shake her head but never Judge. I've made mistakes that lead to poor choices.  I’ve done some stuff that I will definitely leave between me and God, however I will never lie about it.  Things i’m not proud of!   I’m thankful that I can live in my TRUTH.  Yes I've been at the end of murder threats/attempts and yes by someone I thought I loved and loved me but the saddest part it also included  someone I love unconditionally and will alway love.   I'm not on the internet to impress anyone, but to show that yes I’ve lived, but I’m living.  Many mistakes, Many lessons learned, Many tears cried, and Many broken hearts that have most mended some in progress only because I can walk in my stuff.  I’ve been through some stuff, no time to fake it till I make it.  Its me real and ready to share with a desire to inspire.  It's not for everyone's ears but holding your truth to your chest trying to be perfect is making you miserable.  Sidebar…..Everyone knows, it shows up in your everyday life.  Realse your mind and the rest will follow.  Therapy works, journling helps, and writing notes and releasing what ever it is then tearing it up …its for your eyes only.  I’m thankful to God that i’m an open book and my Past is my Present. Below are a few resources that might help.
