Why do we celebrate Labor Day?

The Holiday is rotted in the late Nineteenth Century, when labor activist pushed for a federal holiday that recognize the many contributions workers have made to Americans, strength, prosperity and well being, Labor Day is considered the unofficial NFL season kickoff. Thursday September 8, 2022 is the first official season game the Thursday after Labor Day.
